Q: I am so excited to receive my reward! When should I expect it?
A: All rewards will be sent out twice per month. Rewards ordered from the 1st - 15th of the month will be processed and sent on the 30th of that month. Rewards ordered between the 16th and 31st of the month will be processed and sent on the 15th of the following month. This procedure is the same for both electronic and physical gift cards. Please note if you have large purchases in your account, your reward may be held until the 30 day return period has passed.
Q: Besides shopping and surveys, how can I earn more points on Memolink?
A: We are glad you asked! You can earn points by clicking on emails, completing daily trivia, referring your friends, completing Memolink Tasks, eating out with Plink, searching through our toolbar and our Search and Win program, and completing offers on our Easy Points page!
Q: Could you help me navigate my account?
A: If you go to your profile page, you will be able to find your Activity History, which displays all of the points you have been awarded. You can search for a certain time frame by clicking on the white "see all" button to the right of the title, "Activity History." Once on the "see all" page, you can search a time frame of up to 6 months by clicking on the date. A little calendar will drop down and you can select the time frame you need. If you click on the "back to profile" button, you can find your Click Code History directly underneath the Activity History. The Referral History, Rewards History, and Gold VIP Status are all located on your profile page as well.

Q: How soon are shopping points credited to my account?
A: Most of our shopping merchants will award points to your account within 10 days of the purchase.
Q: What if that timeframe has passed and I am missing points?
A: In that case, please submit a ticket using the support tab located on the right side of this page and include the following information regarding your missing points:
- Merchant Name
- Date of Purchase
- Order Number
- Subtotal (excluding taxes,shipping, and discount/coupons)
- Click Code
Q: Can I use a coupon on my order?
A: Only coupons found directly on Memolink.com are eligible for points. If you use coupons from this store that are not on Memolink.com, or from any other store or website, you may not receive Memolink points for your purchase. If the store emails you directly, and it does not come from Memolink.com, you will also not receive points for your purchase. You must go through Memolink.com or an email that Memolink.com sends you directly to earn points for your purchase. Please remember that this does NOT mean you are not allowed to use ANY coupons on your order; just that the coupon must be found on Memolink.com.
All About Surveys!
Q: How soon are survey points credited to my account?
A: The only survey that awards points within 24 hours is Amp survey. Live Sample, Opinion, Survey Sampling International, and TSN/Sample Network will award points within 3-7 days following a valid completion. Surveyhead, Samplicious, Cint Panel Partner, FED, and USA surveys all award on the 10th day of the following month.
Q: I did not receive points for a survey. Now what?
A: Please submit a ticket by using the support tab on the right side of this screen. Make sure to include your click code for that survey.
Q: Why I am only receiving 1 point for clicking on a survey?
A: When you see that you were awarded 1 point for a survey, that is a click through point. We award the click through points for attempting to qualify because we know the process can be extensive and time consuming.
