Posted Date: 12/02/2008 They sent an item that was damaged. Sent an email, and the second item was also damaged. The company told me to send both items back in order to receive any money back. However the same service in an email told me to toss the original damaged merchandise. I am stuck with one damaged gift I would be humiliated to give my son's teacher and no refund of money.
