One of the books has never come and it has been 6 weeks. They finally issued a refund after four emails and two phone calls. Another book came today, and it has been 25 days since the day it shipped. Nothing should take 25 days shipping, even if it came from China, but, alas, the state it shipped from is, you guessed it, a neighboring state. They could have strapped it to a turtle and it wouldn't have taken 25 days! It took a week to get here AFTER they shipped it though, so that was kind of weird. They shipped it from Hong Kong. so a week was good for coming such a long way. But my question is, there wasn't a cell phone battery in the United States they could send me? It shipped by 12:30 PM (four hours later), and I received it Wednesday afternoon (with regular shipping, not extra fast super shipping). Now that is what I call fast!
