Staff members did all they could to make my stay enjoyable. They helped by printing driving directions, helping me get around town, giving me dining, shopping, and entertainment brochures and calling me in my room to make sure I had all that I needed. I cannot write enough good things about my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Las Vegas, NV. Kimberley C. The person on the phone said that they were back to normal. When we got there, we realized they were not up to speed. The rooms across the hall were empty and the carpet had been taken out. The hallway had no carpet. The room smelled fishy. This was not the vacation we were looking for. If they had told me that there were some problems, I would have still gone but I would have known what to expect. Debra K.
