But, i was not happy with their customer service. When I called their toll free number, I could only leave my phone number and someone would return my call. I wanted to discuss something with them at that time, not later so I tried "live help" but no one was there either. I had an email the following day telling me I wasn't online when live help tried to respond. InstrumentPro is great if you don't need customer service right away. Channah P.
