Order cannot be changed once it has been entered as you progress through their check out system. They charge s & h for each set and do not combine shipping if ordering more than one set. I called and they said call back the next day. I called the next day and they said too late, order processed and on way. Finally got it resolved, items received work well in big plant containers, not so great in small ones. All in all a somewhat satisfactory experience despite the glitches.

Website is very misleading. You order one, then go to the next page and it says one again. And then the next page says one and when you get to the end you have 3 and can not cancel the order. I called them to cancel that day and they said the order had not come through yet and to call the next day. I did and they said the order had been packed and shipped. I said to just pull the order and they told me they would charge me $125.00 to do that.
