Registration

In order to use this Website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration, a user is required to give their contact information (such as name, email address and postal address). Unsubscribe Requests

If a member wishes to opt out of Memomail or unsubscribe their Memolink account, they may use the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any Memomail. Collection of Account Information

We collect personal information from the user upon request for reward redemption. Here we ask a user to provide contact information (such as name and shipping address) and legitimate proof of address. Proof of address is required in order to guard Memolink and our members from fraudulent activities. This information is also used for shipping purposes to award earned rewards. If we have trouble processing a reward, this contact information may be utilized to contact a user.

Our Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data we store on the user's hard drive containing information about the user's account and point earnings. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. Special Offers and Email

We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username. We also require a new user to click on a link inserted in the initial email to verify their account. Memolink does this in order to establish that the email address given upon registration is not fraudulent. Established members will occasionally receive emails containing information regarding new offers or special promotions from Memolink or its partners if they have not opted out. "Opting-out" means the user does not wish to receive emails from memolink.com. When a member receives an email from memolink.com and decides they no longer wish to receive emails or want to be removed from our system, they can open the email and scroll to the bottom.
