Memolink has an immediate opening for a Director of Product Development. POSITION SUMMARY The Director of Product Development will oversee the development and expansion of current products under our corporate umbrella. You will work with the Product Lead / Product Managers to identify and define the product strategy, roadmap and requirements. You will help drive execution of projects from start to completion. You will establish overarching product roadmaps taking into account competition, marketing, sales initiatives and current product performance while continually refining them against current structure and marketplace position. RESPONSIBILITES Bottom line focused Develop, manage, and lead teams Monitor business activity (brand performance, sales volume, competitive activity, budget, etc) and make ongoing recommendations and adjustments Perform duties with composure and steady vision in a fast moving, dynamic environment Champion product evolution, improvement and development with a focus on improving site metrics, customer usability and profitability REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred Documented success in meeting deadlines on time and on budget Strong experience with process improvement and operational excellence Experience with Internet Marketing, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Member Acquisition and Email Exceptional strategic, analytical, creative, financial, technical project management and interpersonal skills Experience in leveraging website analytics/reports to drive site development and advancement Ability to lead and manage with the skills to influence and collaborate across organizational lines are critical qualifications for this role Proven ability to develop products based on customer feedback, sales goals and market environment Experience as a Product Manager for B2B or B2C websites Demonstrated ability to set strategic product direction with experience in moving products through development, QA, and launch while resolving issues along the way If you're a persuasive, competitive, confident self starter with an entrepreneurial attitude, who is prepared to work hard, strive to be the best, are self motivated and can think outside the box, we want to hear from you today.
