When to Renew Your Memogold Membership
At the end of your 6 month membership period, your Memogold status will expire. If you have filled up your star meter completely within that 6 month membership period, you will be eligible to renew your Memogold status. To renew, simply read the instructions below. Please note, if your account becomes inactive for 120 days, you will lose any star status you had accumulated toward your next renewal.
To Activate or Renew Your Membership
To activate your Memogold membership for the first time or to renew your Memogold membership after your 6 month period has expired, visit the "Membership" page under "My Account" and click on the "Make Me Gold" button which will only appear when you are eligible.
How The Star Meter Works
The star meter is based on a percentage rating. When you have reached 10% of the way to filling in your stars, one star will be filled in, 20% of the way will get 2 stars filled in, and so forth and so on.
