To make a request, please click on the "Support" tab on the far right side of your screen.
Most points should appear in your account within 10-14 days. However, for some stores/offers it may take longer for your points to post to your account. If you are missing points, please include the following in your email to Member Support:
- Merchant Name
- Date of Purchase
- Order Number
- Subtotal (excluding taxes and shipping)
- Click code, if available
