Use of Cookies

Memolink.com Web pages or email communication may contain tiny electronic images known as Web beacons, also known as clear gifs, single-pixel gifs, pixel tags, or action tags. Accessing Your Personal Information
Memolink users are able to change their personal information at any time, with the exception of first and last name. Members wishing to change first or last name must contact us and have a valid reason for the change (such as marriage). The fastest way to change personal information is to logon to Memolink.com and go to the Edit Profile section of the My Account area, then click “Edit Personal Info.” If for some reason this page does not work, or you have any questions, you may contact us as outlined in the Contacting Us section below.

Communication Preferences
You may choose whether you would like to receive marketing communications and offers promoted by Memolink.com or our third party business partners. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us, you may opt out at any time. These choices do not apply to the receipt of specific administrative notices that are required by law, regulation, or as needed to service your account.

Email Communication
Because email is integral part of the program, you sign up to receive email targeted to your interests at the time of registration. If you do not wish to receive email messages, known as Memolink Emails, you may opt out by updating your Email Preferences at any time on the Memolink.com Site, or by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any Memolink Emails. Your other unsubscribe options also include sending an unsubscribe request in the mail to the physical address contained in every Memolink Emails or by sending an unsubscribe request to our Member Support department. Whatever method you choose, you will be removed from our mailing list within no more than 3 business days, but usually within 24 hours.

Security
Memolink is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store your personal information on computer systems with limited access, which are stored in a secure environment. All of your information is restricted in our offices too. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our Member Support department) are granted access to your personal information. Our employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desks. When they return, they must re-enter their password to regain access.
