Memolink.com Terms and Conditions
You must be at least 18 years old, be a United States resident and have a valid e-mail address to enroll in the Memolink.com Program ("Program"). Enrollment and participation in the Program is open to individuals only (no corporations or other legal entities).
Each individual is allowed only one active Membership. Only one active Membership is allowed per household.
Any Member who registers for more than one Memolink account shall forfeit rights to all points and pending rewards earned under all accounts. Memolink will have the sole discretion to determine if an individual has registered for more than one account and/or is maintaining more than one account. All accounts in question may be terminated in such cases.
Each individual who enrolls in the Program is responsible for providing this information requested herein and for updating any such information to ensure its accuracy. Receipt of inaccurate or misleading information will adversely affect the ability of memolink.com ("Memolink") to operate the Program and provide services required by Members and participants. In this regard, Memolink reserves the right to terminate a Member’s Membership in the Program if misleading or intentionally incorrect personal information is provided to us or any of our Partners.
By virtue of having a Memolink account, Members agree not to 'spam' other unknown individuals by sending them unwanted e-mails to solicit their membership in the Program. Refusal to abide by this or any other rule may result in losing your referrals and/or canceling your membership.
All points earned by Members are subject to review. Necessary adjustments may be applied to Member accounts at any time by Memolink at its sole discretion. If you do not agree to adjustments made to your account, your only recourse will be to terminate your membership in the Program. Memolink reserves the right to terminate any account for abusive or fraudulent activity, or if the Member is no longer reachable at the e-mail address provided.
If a member is able to earn more than 16,000 points in one transaction, Memolink has the right to hold any rewards redeemed from that transaction for up to 90 days until the advertiser verifies no reversals or fraud occured.
Points earned by a Member are for that Member’s account only and cannot be transferred or combined with other Member’s points for any purpose.
Memolink reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program with or without notice to Members. Memolink will not be liable to any Member or any third party should Memolink exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Program. Memolink will not be liable for any pending rewards or points associated with any account should that account be disabled for any reason.
Memolink reserves the right to withhold points due to a member, at their sole discretion, if Memolink has not received payment from the merchant. Once payment is received from the merchant, Memolink will pay the member the points earned for the purchase. If a merchant denies payment to Memolink for any reason, including but not limited to, using a coupon not found on memolink.com, dropped tracking, or the purchase of non-commissionable items, memolink.com is not required to award points to the member.
Once you become a Member of Memolink with a valid e-mail address, you will receive a password and an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. The Member agrees to immediately notify Memolink of any unauthorized use of the Member's account or any other breach of security known to the Member.
Either the Member or Memolink may terminate the service with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. Memolink will not be liable to the Member or any third party for termination of service.
Members must respond to and complete offers via the online link provided by Memolink. Offers completed via telephone, postal mail or directly from a Partner's website may not be valid unless specifically stated otherwise within said offer.
Memolink is under no obligation to provide Members with any particular number of point earning opportunities or send messages to Members.
In addition, Memolink may remove points from a Members account and/or and terminate said account if we feel the Member has violated the spirit or intent of our Partner(s) offer or the Memolink program. Memolink does reserve the right to terminate any account for any reason with or without notice to that Member. Any account terminated by Memolink forfeits all points and pending reward orders.
Memolink shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud or violation of its rules and any decision it makes relating to termination of Memolink Membership (including forfeiture of points and pending rewards) shall be final and binding.
Members are required to log-in to the Memolink site AND complete at least one transaction, i.e. either earn additional points or redeem points for a reward, during any continuous 30 day period. If a Member fails to log-in to the Memolink site and complete at least one such transaction for 30 days, Memolink will deem that specific account inactive and remove all points from that account. A Member who does not visit the Memolink site for a continuous period of 30 days is considered inactive and will forfeit rights to all Memolink Points earned during the lifetime of that individual's account. Members may request their account be reactivated at anytime by writing to Customer Service. Members who are inactive for any consecutive 120 day span will lose any accumulated Memogold status they have acquired towards their 50,000 memogold points may not be reinstated.
Points awarded under the Program shall have no cash value. Points may be used only for the redemption of merchandise and services offered through redemption sites listed on the Memolink.com Internet Web site. The number of points awarded for each transaction shall be determined by the participating marketer and Memolink.
Memolink reserves the right to modify the Program and/or future points awarded for various types of transactions by providing notice of such modifications on the Memolink.com Internet Web site. Memolink further reserves the right to modify, add to, or reduce the redemption sites and merchandise and services available for redemption by making such modifications, additions, or deletions on its Internet Web site.
Points and rewards may not be bartered or sold.
Memolink Membership will terminate immediately in the event of Member’s death.
Memolink does not warrant or represent Members will earn any specific number of points or any specific merchandise or services will be available for redemption.
Memolink makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, with regard to any merchandise or services obtained by Members through the redemption of points under the Program. Only those guarantees, warranties, and representations, if any, offered by the manufacturers of merchandise or suppliers of services may be relied upon by Members.
Member expressly agrees that use of memolink.com is at the Member's sole risk.
Memolink makes no guarantees memolink.com will be available uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Memolink is not responsible for your inability to connect to the Internet, log into the Memolink website, or access your Memolink account.

For best results, we recommend all members use these is browsers when navigating the Memolink website and completing any offers to earn points. While other browsers may provide access and usability, we cannot guarantee optimal results and may not be able to support user issues that occur with other browsers.
Memolink, Inc, its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any damages, special, consequential, or otherwise, arising out of, or in any way connected with Member’s participation in the Program, the use of information provided by Members under the Program, or the merchandise or services obtained by Members through the redemption of points under the Program.
Memolink is not responsible for losses that result from participating or inability to participate in Memolink or Memolink Partners or reliance on or use of information, services or merchandise purchased on or through Memolink. Furthermore, Memolink assumes no liability for changes or discontinuances of services from providers which may affect or otherwise affect accrual of points.
Memolink reserves the right to block users and disable accounts determined to have benefited from the use of automated scripts or 'robots.' Any such use of automation to earn points or disrupt Memolink or associated website operations will be subject to applicable laws governing fraud.
Member shall not tamper, hack, spoof, copy, modify, or otherwise corrupt the administration, security, or proper function of any part of memolink.com.
If at our request you send content (e.g., community center content, testimonials, or contests) or you send us creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, or other information (collectively, the "Submissions"), the Submissions shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of Memolink. Memolink reserves the right to edit testimonials for consideration of brevity and shall make no attempt to edit or change the meaning of said testimonial.
None of the Submissions shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Memolink, and Memolink shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submissions. Without limitation of the foregoing, Memolink shall exclusively own all now known or hereafter existing rights to the Submissions of every kind and nature throughout the universe and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the Submissions.
The provisions of the Program and all terms and conditions set forth above shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Memolink reserves the right to make changes in the Program rules at any time. It is the responsibility of the Member to check the Memolink Terms & Conditions regularly for such changes.
The Terms and Conditions set forth above shall constitute the entire understanding between Memolink and each Member enrolled and participating in the Program.
In addition to Memolink's general program terms and conditions, the following specific terms and conditions apply to the referral of friends to memolink.com:
Subject to the terms set forth below, if a member refers/invites a friend through the url, http://www.memolink.com/index.cfm/beacon/earn_points.refer_friends/, and the friend joins Memolink through the email sent to the friend from Memolink.com, the member will receive bonus points equal to 10% of their friend’s "shopping points," as defined below, earned during the one year period (365 days) after the friend joins Memolink.com.
You may only invite people that you personally know (however, these friends may not be members of the same household). Memolink.com does not condone spamming. Please do not SPAM your friends. Memolink.com, LLC is CAN-SPAM compliant. See Memolink.com, LLC’s privacy statement.
A friend that you refer is considered “successfully joined” when he/she confirms his/her email address. A shopping point is defined as a point earned from a purchase at a store. Examples of stores are located under the points tab in the navigation bar. Shopping points do not include any other types of point earning opportunities, including, without limitation, surveys, site of the day, trivia, Memolink Lotto and bonus points for referring/inviting a friend.
A member must be an active member throughout the year to receive 10% of their friend's referral’s points. An active member is defined as completing any offer that provides the member points in the last 6 months. This includes shopping, survey, reading email and free points offers. However, points received from referring a friend do not count for being active.
If the friend's points are reversed for any reason (such as returns), the 10% of points the member earned will be reversed as well. Memolink LLC has the right to remove all points from a member’s account for abusive or fraudulent referral/ invitation activity, including but not limited to, referring/inviting fake email addresses or engaging in conduct that constitutes a breach of these terms or the general terms. A member will only receive 50 points per unique email address referred/invited, up to 100 new members.
Memolink's Email & Survey Free Points Terms & Conditions
Memolink gives out free points for clicking on emails & surveys. You may only recieve these Click Through points once per email. You may also only recieve these Click Through points once per survey per day. If a technical error occurs which allows a user to click on the email or survey multiple times and receive the Click Through points or survey completion points multiple times, Memolink has the right to reverse these points from a member's account. These points can be reversed at Memolink.com, LLC's sole discretion.
To be entered into Memolink’s Movie Rentals Giveaway, members must make a purchase from one of the participating stores in any of the following guides Mother’s Day; Spring Cleaning; Spring Break; Baby; Wedding; Small Business, or qualify and complete a survey from Survey Sampling International. Each purchase from one of the participating stores and each survey will count as one entry into the contest.
Only one survey per person is permitted per day but more than one purchase can be made and counted each day. There is no minimum purchase required to be entered into the contest.
You must be signed into your Memolink account before making purchases or completing a survey to ensure that your entry is properly recorded. Members will receive one entry every time they make a purchase online at any participating merchant during the Purchase. For example, if a member makes a 2 separate purchases on Tuesday and another purchase on Thursday, they will have 3 entries. If the winner returns their purchases, that winning entry will be disqualified and another winner chosen. Memolink reserves the right to review each case individually.
The five (5) winners of the contest will be selected by Memolink at random within 2 weeks of the close of the contest, and will be notified they have won within 3-5 days after chosen.
Memolink will randomly select 5 winners from all qualified entries. Memolink's selection of the winners is final and binding and may not be challenged. The winning individuals each receive 5 free movie rentals from Redbox. Other rules:
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. HOWEVER, TO HAVE AN ENTRY IN THE DRAWING WITHOUT A PURCHASE, YOU MUST FILL QUALIFY AND COMPLETE A SSI (SURVEY SAMPLING INTERNATIONAL) SURVEY. The contest is open to legal U.S residents, except Memolink, Inc. employees, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate families.
- Entry constitutes permission to use winner’s name and hometown for editorial promotion purposes, except where prohibited by law.
- Memolink, Inc. assumes no responsibilities for entries they are unable to process due to phone, network, electronic, or computer hardware or software failures, or technical failures of any kind. Subject to all U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winner and the winner is required to complete, sign and provide Memolink with IRS Form W-9 as a condition to receiving the prize (so that Memolink can issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for value of the prize).
After the winner has been selected, the prizes will be delivered in approximately 2 to 4 weeks.
